A Danzig-based ABW officer investigating the case of Karol Nawrocki in 2021 issued a negative opinion, but the agency's writ head, for unknown reasons, did not take it into account, Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on the X platform on Tuesday. Earlier, Interior Ministry spokesperson Jacek Dobrzynski announced the same decision.
