Ordo Iuris: Mandatory “health education” enters schools! What can we do?

A fresh school year begins. Millions of children all over Poland will go to schools where they are waiting... ideological indoctrination as part of mandatory “health education” classes
A fewer days ago, together with the partners from KROPS, we sent the Constitutional Court the opinion of a "friend of the court" on the provisions of the regulations of the Minister of Education on "health education". Until I am writing this message, the Constitutional Court has not given a ruling or ordered a temporary halt to the implementation of the contested provisions. But we were besides prepared for specified a possibility!Lawyers Ordo Iuris prepared a short applicable guide, in which we advise Polish parents what they can do todayto defend the innocence of their children exposed to indoctrination in schools
As early as September, any parent who wants to defend a kid from harmful content should compose them out of the optional subject “health education – sexual health”. Let us all do this to make it clear to Barbara Nowacka and Donald Tusk that we do not agree to ideological indoctrination in schools.
To those who have any doubts as to whether it is worth doing so, I remind them that, as part of these activities, our children are to learn, among another things, about expressing informed consent to sex, preparing for sexual initiation, and about “psychsexual orientation” and “sexual identity”. The programme of these classes involves normalizing homosexual acts and sex identity disorders.
And that is all in a time of expanding sex identity disorder in teenagers who may end up with irreversible genital mutilation. Even the "progressive" states of Western Europe are slow moving distant from recognising transit as appropriate aid, and in Poland our children are to be taught about this in schools...
We can't agree to that!
Therefore, in our guide we supply a link and a QR code, utilizing which you can download a pattern of "parental statement" about the discharge of a kid from a sexual activity. The message can be completed and filed at the school at any time.
We encourage all parents to do so as shortly as possible.
Depriving a kid of a sexual module is an absolute minimum.
But the fact is, that doesn't solve the problem. Many destructive world-view content stay in mandatory "health education", which parents cannot theoretically avoid.
In the mandatory "health education" materials, the value of marriage, household and motherhood has been systematically undermined. You could say that this is simply a deconstruction of all these patterns.
Therefore, in the ‘parent statement’, parents object to the subject of compulsory ‘health education’ or any another school-based activities (educational hours, ‘talkings’ with a school psychologist, meetings with guests outside the school) being addressed in the field of education "in a way that would undermine the peculiar value of a lasting marriage, as a relation between a female and a man and a household based on it, undermine human anatomy as a determining sex of man, show monosexual relationships as being just as natural and morally acceptable as a relation between a female and a man, marginalize the inalienable dignity of human life in the prenatal phase".
In a statement, we remind teachers and school principals of the provisions of the Polish Constitution and laws which clearly confirm that parents have the precedence of educating and full right to rise children according to their own beliefs, and the school only “supports the educational function of the family”. The provisions of the Constitution of Poland and the laws in force must take precedence over the regulations of the Minister of Education.
At the same time, we stress that the failure to take account of the message may constitute a violation of Article 23 of the civilian Code (which besides protects household ties and the right to rise children in accordance with its own beliefs) and may be the basis for the appropriate procedures provided for by law.
At the end of the statement, there is an assurance that the parent is making a message utilizing the legal support of the Ordo Iuris Institute.
