On Thursday, the National Bank of Poland received the global Monetary Association Award for the improvement and implementation of the National strategy for the safety of Cash Trading – the central bank stated in a communication.
"National Bank of Poland... received the prestigious global Monetary Association (IACA) award on 30 April 2026 for the world's best initiative to strengthen the resilience of cash trading (Best Cash Cycle Resiliency Project/ Initiative). The award was awarded during the Global Currency Forum for the improvement and implementation of the National strategy for the safety of Cash Trading," said the Polish Central Bank on Thursday.
NBP recalled that the National strategy for the safety of Cash Trading was developed at the Board for Cash Trading at the NBP Board.
