On Wednesday 8 January, Karol Nawrocki participated in a gathering with entrepreneurs at the Warsaw Conference Centre Zielna. The controversy was caused by the fact that an IPN service limousine arrived, despite the fact that the event was not related to his professional duties. In the meantime, the rules say that as the head of the IPN he can usage the service car only for the purposes of his function.
This is not the first specified situation of the president of the IPN and a presidential candidate supported by the Law and Justice. It is worth mentioning here, for example, the December event, when, alternatively of taking a vacation, Nawrocki utilized business delegations to accomplish run goals.
When asked about the situation, Maciej Wróbel of KO assessed that:
Charles Nawrocki doesn't come to work, and that's what worries us. He's either on a delegation or he's absent. And at that time, erstwhile he is in delegation, on the Internet, in social media, but besides in conventional media, there are reports of his political activity, which is unacceptable.
