President Zbigniew Bogucki's Chief Chancellery revealed whether there is an option for president Karol Nawrocki to pardon Zbigniew Ziobra if the erstwhile Minister of Justice is convicted.

I mean, the question of whether an innocent individual can be pardoned. present there are no charges, there is no indictment, there is no final judgment, there is no conviction – said Bogacki in the program “Tlit” WP.

Bogacki emphasized that the law of grace derives from the Constitution and can be applied without formal restrictions. "The explanation is as the representatives of the doctrine of the law have been saying for years that an act of individual abolition, arising straight from the constitution, can be applied.
