The PSL and Left presented a draft law on the position of the closest individual in the relation on Friday. The head of the president's cabinet warned that Karol Nawrocki may not give his consent to her records.
According to the task presented by Lewica and PSL, it regulates, among another things, property relations, housing and alimony rights as well as access to medical information.
– matrimony and household are protected and cared for by the Republic – and this is the foundation for discussion of the draft law on the position of the nearest person. The president will not agree to build an alternate to matrimony through fresh solutions, giving institutions to the closest individual a feature belonging to only marriages in Poland. This must be taken into account by the authors and promoters of the project," tweeted Paweł Kiebernaker on Sunday.
The Nawrocks will reject the project?
PSL Vice-President Urszula Pasławska admitted on Friday that the task should exclude worldview issues and take into account only "different sensitivity". In addition, it ignores issues concerning children and "does not violate or harm the institution of marriage".
In an interview with “Wprost” Nawrocka, he announced that “certainly nothing that is quasi-married can number on his support.” He besides admitted that he was ready to sign specified a bill, but "not in a sexual context, but besides in the context of relations between people, friendly or volunteer relations with combatants".
