On TVP Mirosław Skórka criticized Karol Nawrocki's movement. The head of the Ukrainian Union in Poland stated that the veto of the president is "the de facto implementation of the Kremlin policy, not Poland".
In the further part of his statement, Skórka admitted that a Russian person, who in our country, "cannot describe himself as a Polish patriot". He besides argued that Poland is now seen in Ukraine as being untrustworthy.
Leszkiewicz's decisive response
In consequence to these words, Rafał Leśkiewicz decided to remind that Karol Nawrocki as president of the Institute of National Memory was listed by the Russian authorities on the list of persons who are being prosecuted in connection with the removal of russian propaganda facilities.
– What hypocrisy and most delicately speaking deficiency of sense! It was Karol Nawrocki, inactive as president of the IPN, who was listed by the authorities of the Russian Federation on the list of people prosecuted by the Putin government for the removal of russian propaganda objects – wrote Leśkiewicz on Twitter, accusing Skórka of "insolent manipulation and insulting the president of Poland".
