Karol Nawrocki at Polsat News was asked if he would sign the Act on the National Judicial Council. The president made it clear that this would not happen. In his conversation with the "Fakt", the Minister of Justice admits that he is uncovering it hard to accept the level of debate imposed by the head of state erstwhile "legal terrorist" terms fall out of his mouth. – This task is simply a good and compromise solution. From the first day I worked on it, I publically expressed my desire for dialogue. This was addressed straight to the President. There was not a single signal that the president wanted to talk. It is not Minister Żurek who is to invitation the President, due to the fact that he is not the head of state – says Żurek.
However, according to the Minister from the Palace, there was no signal that the head of state wanted to discuss details. The alternate solutions announced by the president's colleagues on the CoR have inactive not seen the light of day – neither as a presidential draft nor as concrete amendments.
– We didn't see the task the president's people were announcing. Now I think he understood that this chaos and mess, erstwhile he vetoed a good bill, would fall on him, so he attacks ad personam – adds Żurek.
Żurek recalls that it is the president who is the head of state, who has his own legal and political background, so he should be the 1 to take the initiative if he believes that the government's task needs to be corrected. The minister is not going to publically "invite" the president to talk due to the fact that he considers it a pointless reversal of roles.

In consequence to the minister, Zbigniew Ziobry besides appears. Nawrocki in his interview defended the erstwhile head of the Justice Ministry, present wanted by a BOLO, suggesting that in Poland he would not have a chance for a fair trial.
