Nawrocks and prostitutes at the Sopot Grand Hotel. Why won't there be a suit in election mode?

Today, Onet revealed relations from 2 people who erstwhile worked with Karol Nawrocki in the protection of the Grand Hotel in Sopot. Both men claim that Nawrocki, working as a safety guard, besides made money from his prostitution. Nawrocki announces a civilian and criminal suit. Why not the election? So the court can justice this before the election?
