Nawrocki has doubts about the pledge act. The case will be dealt with by the Constitutional Tribunal

President Karol Nawrocki has signed an amendment to the Act on Registered Pledge and will mention it to the Tribunal in the follow-up review procedure, due to the fact that in its opinion it may violate the right to a court and the protection of consumer rights, the president's spokesperson Rafał Leśkiewicz said on Friday.
