Karol Nawrocki, a candidate for president of Poland, unexpectedly appeared on Thursday in the White home Rose Garden. IPN president with ties to the criminal halfworld from Gdańsk and erstwhile night club pimp in that city took part in celebrations for National Prayer Day, during which he listened to a speech by US president Donald Trump.
Nawrocki is presently visiting the United States, where he will meet with the American Polonia on 3 May and participate in the Day of Constitution in Chicago on 3 May. According to unofficial information, the politician is besides to talk to members of legislature about defence, energy contracts and the stationing of US troops in Poland.
Tradition of a Polish parade in Chicago
The Christmas parade in Chicago on 3 May is simply a long communicative event dating back to 1892. This year's celebrations are held under the slogan ‘1000th anniversary of the Kingdom of Poland’. The polling of turbulence before the election
According to the latest research, Rafał Trzaskowski (KO) leads with 31.6% support, while Karol Nawrocki can number on 24.7% of the vote. Compared to the erstwhile survey, this means a decrease of 2.9 percent points for Nawrocki. The 3rd in the ranking, Sławomir Mentzen (Confederation), gained 1.5 percent points, reaching 12.8%.
The first circular of presidential elections will be held 18 May, and possibly second , 1 June. All available polls indicate that in the second circular Nawrocki will face Trzaskowski.
Debates with controversy
So far, 4 presidential debates have been held:
- TV Republika, in Poland24 and tv Trwam – organized on the marketplace in Konski.
- TVP, TVN and Polsat – held in the sports hall in Konski, raising doubts about the organisation and financing.
- Television Republic – a survey debate.
- ‘Super Express’ – last discussion so far.
Before the first round, a pistachio pike called TV Republic plans for another debate, most likely 9 May.
