He besides informed that he had signed a pre-sale contract that "regulates their obligations towards himself".

– It refers to the marketplace price of PLN 120 1000 and is simply a warrant that these funds in a peculiar expression will be transferred to Jerzem Z., taking into account the costs that have been incurred, but not taking into account the things that I do with a good heart and which I can afford," he said.

Nawrocki besides claims that Mr Jerzy was getting money in installments.

It is legally correct, then the lawyers convinced me about it, and I confirmed it yesterday, that after the conclusion of this kind of contract, their regulation and the amounts paid stay between partners of specified a contract, that is, a thing known on the marketplace and lawful. I donated 120 1000 in instalments, only this started before I wrote this preliminary agreement," he said.
