There was a proceeding before the Constitutional Court on the application of the National Judicial Council which challenged the provisions on powers of the Minister of Justice. Among another things, the solution that allowed Adam Bodnar to appoint his accusers, the alleged ad hoc spokespersons. Their task is to put an end to the cases led by the ombudsmen appointed by Zbigniew Ziobra or to examine those offences of the judges whom Peter Schab and his deputies refused to deal with.
