Teachers halt school trips. Changes in the Teacher's Charter caused chaos

As of September 1, 2025, changes to the Teacher's Charter Act came into force, which concerns the rules for accounting overtime. Although they were intended to simplify the strategy of teacher remuneration, in practice they caused chaos and uncertainty in schools. Teachers from all over Poland inform that fresh regulations deprive them of part of their wage – especially erstwhile students are on school trips.
