This year's conference, organized at the initiative of the Chief Operating Officer of the RFA of Major General Maciej Klisz, was held on Thursday 12 June. With this initiative, leaders liable for the operational dimension of NATO cooperation gathered at the event. The presence of Deputy Chief Commander of the Alliance Force in Europe (DSACEUR), Admiral Keith E. Blount, further elevated the rank of the meeting. The 2 erstwhile editions took place in Sweden and Finland – 2 fresh NATO members.
