NATO summit in Vilnius. A revolution of common defense, but what? [COMMENT]

The beginning of the NATO summit in Vilnius can already be called a breakthrough. For the first time since the end of the Cold War, the North Atlantic Alliance will adopt detailed defence plans for all allied countries. At the same time, questions stay open about the accession of Ukraine, and to any degree besides Sweden.
