NATO and Ukraine are looking for Web 2.0. They want to paralyze Russian airports

NATO and Ukraine have announced a competition to aid find a solution to exclude Russian military airports. Under the Airfield Denial Challenge, arms companies, start-ups and engineering teams can study technologies capable of paralyzing the enemy's airbases. The presentation of the best projects is expected to take place on 3 September, most likely in Poland.
