NATO Chief Visits Japan Talks About Russia-China Cooperation

NATO Secretary General is afraid about China's arsenal build-up and its support for Russia. "We can't be naive," he said during a visit to Japan. Mark Rutte met with the defence minister there, who expressed his country's readiness to participate in the NATO mission to Ukraine (NSATU).
