NATO chief has a plan to implement Trump's postulate

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte proposed an alliance to the associate States to increase defence spending to 5 percent of GDP - the Reuter Agency informed. The intent of this proposal is to fulfil the U.S. president Donald Trump's request.
