NATO and Japan on fresh way of cooperation at NATO summit in Vilnius

NATO and Japan were due to conclude negotiations on a fresh cooperation paper to be announced at the NATO Summit in Vilnius. The cooperation is to cover 16 strategical areas, says Nikkei Asia. Is this the beginning of a deeper collaboration of the link with emerging threats, especially Chinese ones?
