NATO and Japan were to conclude negotiations on a fresh cooperation paper to be announced at the NATO summit in Vilnius. The cooperation is to cover 16 strategical areas, says Nikkei Asia. Is this the beginning of deeper cooperation with emerging threats, especially Chinese threats?
