NATO: A quarter-century anniversary reminiscence of our participation in the Alliance

NATO's goals have changed throughout past and have always been adapted to the circumstances of the organization. The first goals that were set to make it evolved or disappeared, and present are somewhat different. The question is whether the overall safety situation changed the organisation or whether the Alliance had a crucial impact on the safety environment.
