The European Commission has provisionally accepted Poland's second and 3rd application for payment from the KPO of PLN 40 billion, the EC announced on Tuesday. The head of the Ministry of Finance and Development, Katarzyna Pełczyńska-Nałęcz, added that the transfer from the European Union will scope Poland under the Christmas tree.
