Today's rejection of the PiS study is simply a consequence of the August resolution of the National Electoral Commission. At that time, the National Electoral Commission stated that the PiS election committee had benefited from illegally obtained benefits. However, the August resolution did not gain the position of a final resolution, PiS appealed against it to the ultimate Court. The consequence of today's decision should be the withdrawal of PiS's three-year subsidy amounting to over PLN 75 million for maintaining the party.
