National e-Factur strategy simplified and fresh date

The Council of Ministers adopted a bill to let companies to issue invoices for consumers through the National e-Faktur strategy (KSeF) – according to a communication published by the government. The change is intended in practice to mean moving distant from paper invoices and savings for entrepreneurs. Moreover, due to the entry into force of the fresh system, the basic VAT refund will be reduced by 1/3 from 60 to 40 days.
