National e-Invoicing strategy simplified and with a fresh date

The Council of Ministers has adopted a bill that is to let companies to issue invoices for consumers through the National e-Invoicing strategy (KSeF), according to a press release published by the government. In practice, the change is to mean a departure from paper invoices and savings for entrepreneurs. In addition, due to the entry into force of the fresh system, the basic deadline for VAT refund will be shortened by 1/3 – from 60 to 40 days.
