National Defence Plan of Lithuania: key to civilian struggle

On 6 November 2023, the Lithuanian State Defence Council (VGT) approved the National Defence Plan. The paper is of strategical importance as it forms the basis for the Lithuanian State's action in the event of Russian aggression.
