National Defence Plan of Lithuania: the key importance of the civilian struggle

On November 6, 2023, the Lithuanian State defence Council (VGT) approved the National defence Plan. The paper is of strategical importance due to the fact that it forms the basis for the action of the Lithuanian state in the event of Russian aggression.
