The Cross to the Worship of the Murdered in the East has been standing since 1918, before it was wooden - now metal.
In 2009, the politician destroyed it under the region road, despite our requests. My father and I moved the cross to the next part of the plot. In the National Tragedy that took place in 2010 - the Smolensk Disaster - along with residents in the Cross, the plaque commemorating the victims was built.
Since 2011, the Holy Field Mass has been celebrated here. Unfortunately, the old man planned the investment again. We have appealed this to the Administrative Court and the prosecution-court proceedings are being conducted by gaining the benefit of public officials. The court suspended the proceedings until the decision was taken. In 2015, the decisions that the politician made are in flagrant violation of the law. [...] We defend ourselves as we can, but again the old man plans to bypass himself, making fun of this place. Currently, he does everything and uses his connections to harm, having no respect for this unique place.
Investments were to go elsewhere, but the judges, prosecutors at a low price from the land's farmers purchased them there and mostly contributed to the change of way and achieved the property benefits. [...] Please, if you can help, let the president of Kaczyński and the families whose loved ones died; we will fight to the end.
