NASAMS anti-aircraft with fresh missile

In addition to RTX, representatives of the Norwegian company Kongsberg and the Ministry of Defence took part in the trial. The country is active in the production of NASAMS and is besides 1 of the users. It was not known how many AMRAAM-ER missiles were utilized in the study. The test was to launch a number of missiles from NASAMS launchers that defeated the programmed flight path. The aim was to confirm the correct launch procedure and to verify the behaviour of the rocket in flight.
