National March of Life 19 April 2026 in Warsaw

Another National March of Life will be held in Warsaw on Sunday 19 April. This is simply a nationwide Christian manifestation in defence of the right to life, conventional household and marriage, which is simply a lasting union of man and woman, open to children and building on love and faithfulness. But it is besides a manifestation for a good and safe school, respect for religion and the Church, and tradition and national culture. We know we don't request to explain to you why this manifestation is so crucial and necessary. due to the fact that we all realize that in the long run our values can't defend themselves! Just as our families, children and grandchildren will not defend themselves.
Of course, the March itself does not deal with these matters directly, but it is an event that draws attention to them, shows public support for them, presents ways of solutions and, above all, demonstrates our will and determination with which anyone who wants to hit the protection of life, the welfare of household or Christian and national values will should be counted. Anyone who tries to impose abortion, euthanasia, partnerships, sexalization of children, sex ideology, or censorship from the sign of "hate speech" must be certain that each time this happens to us.
Therefore, the more the March will be, the more young people there will be, the more attractive its form and content, the greater its effect. And this ad hoc, relating to dangerous claims of power, and the more far-reaching 1 expressing its influence on the public opinion, inspiring to engage, solidarity with the weakest, and witnessing. Without this experience, neither the younger will always "get off the couch" nor the older will always find "their Westerplatte"
In fresh years, March has collected even respective twelve participants and has been the largest pro life manifestation in Poland and 1 of the largest demonstrations of this kind in Europe for years. There should be even more of us this year. For to all these matters related to the civilisation of life we add the celebration of the 1060th anniversary of the Baptism of Poland, which will be a large chance to express gratitude and estimates for the large Christian heritage of Poland. due to the fact that we must remember that it is not so that without Baptism Poland would be different. Without this baptism in 966 Poland would not be. So I encourage you to participate in our March. As always with flags, banners, music and shouts.
But most of all, present I invitation you all to participate in the March. This year the March will not only begin at Castle Square but Castle Square with the Sigismund Column will become the stationary centre of our event with stage, screen, marching studio, tents, stands, evangelization, music, a place of play for children. The square will besides live during the march. And if the weather allows, possibly we'll have a marching picnic.
The National March of Life was covered by the Honorary Patronage of the president of the Polish Episcopal Conference, Fr. Archbishop Tadeusz Wojda. Before the March at 11 a.m. Masses will be held in both Warsaw Cathedrals after which the gathered will pass to Castle Square. The organizer of the March is the Foundation of St. Benedict and the Coalition for Life and Family, CitizenGo-Poland and the Polish Federation of Life defence Movements and respective twelve organizations from all over Poland.
