Death decisions on drug reimbursement, full voluntaryness and impunity in the treatment of cancer, called the moronic oncological package and the access to the criminal apogee of lawlessness, the closure of parts of the medical clinic, are the consequence of the work of these pardonous officials, inventing various deadly ways. The Polish nation survived the atrocities of Bolsheviks – Nazi planet War II during which more than 6 million Poles died. How many more Poles will die in the next installment of banditism at the hands of Ewa Kopacz and Bartosz Arlukovich?

It's like individual claimed that he fulfilled the request to abolish the death penalty, turning it into a life sentence. It is not true, as the Minister of wellness and the president of the NFZ claims, that doctors reject all penalties that are included in the fresh model agreement. Of the eleven cases of punishment proposed there, doctors reject two, which correspond, in essence, to the punishment imposed by the Sejm for "reimbursing an undue refund" both as regards the content of the punishment and the conditions for imposing it. Moreover, the amount of the punishment in the current agreement is, in total, higher than in the erstwhile one. It is unacceptable for doctors to accept a contract of PLN 200 for an incorrectly issued prescription. This word is highly general and "capable". It may besides mean: a letter mistake in the name, an mistake in the PESEL number, an incorrect dimension or width of the prescription, etc., i.e. deficiencies having no meaning. specified indetermination of the grounds for punishment clearly violates the constitutional regulation of law and causes any physician, honest and most careful, to be punished on the basis of them. It is besides unacceptable for doctors to pay a penalty, in addition to the above mentioned: “200 zł for the determination or determination of the level of payment not in accordance with the applicable regulations” – for each medicine. This punishment is unacceptable for the following reasons:
– it concerns the marking of payment for the medicine, i.e. bureaucratic and commercial activities, which not only does not relate to the essence of the profession of doctor, but prevents the doctor from performing his appropriate tasks decently – diagnosing and treating people,
– the rules on the payment of medicines have been so complicated, especially by basing the refund on indications registered by the manufacturers of individual commercial preparations, and not on medical indications, that a appropriate indication of the remuneration in any case, with large amounts of medicines prescribed, is virtually impossible, which results in any doctor being punished on the basis of the above evidence – honest and most careful.
Such a construction of records on the punishment of doctors who prescribe reimbursed drugs, which causes draconian punishments to endanger all drug user, even the most careful and honest, makes it fishy that the intent of the punishment is not to prosecute fraudsters and consters who extort the reimbursement for drugs, but to intimidate doctors to be afraid to compose reimbursements, due to the fact that only the release of the medicine in 100% paid does not exposure the doctor to punishment.
However, punishment for doctors is not the essence of the problem, but only its “emansion”. The essence is: who should find the right of the patient to reimbursement of medicines and the degree of this refund for individual preparations. In the general opinion of doctors, these tasks should not belong to doctors, due to the fact that they argue with the essence of the doctor's profession, take the time required to diagnose and treat patients, let abuse. It should be added that by the end of the erstwhile year doctors had no work to mark the payment for medicines, but only indicated (by putting the letter ‘P’) those cases erstwhile the medicine was prescribed in chronic diseases.
