What else would he recommend? simplification of bureaucracy – bureaucracy produces nothing but piles of papers. What we request is the dominance of the private sector. Our prosperity as individuals comes from the private sector providing us with a number of services and goods. Another thing he would advise us to put on economical freedom," says Karol Skorek, co-author of the documentary about Roman Rybarski.

On 3 August 2023 the premiere of a full-length biographical movie entitled "Roman Rybarski. A recipe for development". This event took place in the Church of All Saints in Warsaw. The documentary was filmed by the movie band ViArt based on the commission of the Roman Rybarski Institute. Interviews with experts were conducted by Dr. Marcin Chmielowski.

Professor R.F. Rybarski is regarded as a typical of Kraków's economical school, 1 of the most prominent pre-war economists who promoted national, patriotic and freedom ideas.
