NATO gathering in "narrower group"

After a fresh gathering of the Alliance's heads of defense, secret talks are held behind the scenes in a narrow circle. After a virtual conference in which Ukraine's safety issues were not addressed, Reuters said that these matters were to be discussed later in a narrower group.
