The war losses of Poland amounted to PLN 6 trillion 220 billion 609 million
– Israel has fought for reparations from Germany for compensation for decades. Of course, judaic communities in the United States and a number of organizations that powerfully supported these claims in the American administration, in legislature – says Arkadiusz Mularczyk. – I think present there is simply a possible field and climate for talks with the American administration, but besides with judaic communities on this subject. So I think it's a process that just has to continue.
The politician emphasizes that this process will not be fast and easy, so if it is to be successful, it must be conducted continuously and systematically. Among dentists, individual losses amounted to nearly 70%, among lawyers – over 55 percent, 40 percent among doctors and 20 percent among academic teachers.
The Sejm adopted a resolution calling on the government to search compensation for war harm from Germany
In 2022 the study was submitted to the German co-operation coordinator with Poland and the German Deputy Minister for abroad Affairs.
