Turnout in the second circular of the presidential election at 12 p.m. was 24.83 percent. On 18 May of that year, during the first circular of the presidential election by 12 p.m., attendance amounted to 20.28 percent.

During the press conference, the head of the State Election Commission reported that by 12 p.m. highest attendance was recorded in Małopolskie Voivodeship (27.27%), Podlaskie state (26.22%) and Mazowieckie state (26.06%).
Minimum attendance was until noon in the Opole state (21.01%), Lower Silesian (22.28%) and Lubuskie (22.47%).

In cities the highest attendance was in Lublin (28.92%), Toruń (27.99%) and Bydgoszcz (26.67%). The least people went to vote in Gdańsk (20.09 percent), Wrocław (25.13 percent) and Katowice (25.3%).
During the I tour, May 18 to 12 p.m. the highest attendance was recorded in Małopolskie Voivodeship (23.5%), Podlaskie (22.57%) and Podkarpackie (22.3%). In the cities the highest attendance was in Lublin (24.34%), Rzeszów (23.01%) and Białystok (22.81%). The lowest turnout was until noon in the Opole state (16.07 percent), Lubuskie (17.57 percent) and Lower Silesian state (17.91 percent).

Second circular of the presidential election. Voting time
Voters in the second circular of elections are almost 29 million Poles. Over 32 000 regional electoral commissions in the country and 511 abroad. According to MFA data, the vote abroad between I and II election circular registered further above 200,000 peoplewhich together with the first vote gives evidence over 700 000 people voting outside the country.
In the second circular of this year's presidential election 2 candidates compete: Rafał Trzaskowski (candidacy of the civilian Coalition, president of Warsaw) and Karol Nawrocki (candidacy supported by Law and Justice, president of the Institute of National Memory).
