The European Commission informed on Monday of the completion of the transfer of CHP from Lithuania to Ukraine. According to the EC, the Polish Government Agency for strategical Reserves (RARS) has played a key function in the nearly year-long operation, the largest specified operation in history, which supported the transport of elements of this plant.
