Yesterday, March 6th, the territory Court of Rybnik announced the sentence in the case of Natalia Ruś, appearing on the net as A drink. Co-operating with the hidden criminal Rafał Gawł, Konrad Dulkowski – the head of the OMZRiK filed a false study against her for allegedly praising the crime. First of all, it cannot be considered that individual approves of the crime, since it has not been proven that the individual in question has committed specified an act. The case of Grzegorz Braun has not yet ended with a final judgment. Ba – he was not even convicted at first instance.
The OMZRIK informers believe that they know almost better and have already passed a judgment, both in his case and in the Natalia Ruś case. They do not realize that in a civilized state a individual remains innocent until the conviction is finalized and cannot be punished for condoning an alleged crime that has not been proven. Therefore, they lost, and although for months they have been foaming about Najjka's trial, boasting of their intelligence and promising a fast sentence, about the settled decision yesterday, they stay silent.
They seem to be acting like Stalinists, who have been successful only, and if they have talked about failures at all, it is only in the context of the activities of the alleged hostile agentry (in the case of OMZRiK paranoia, the ubiquitous “Ziobryts”).
The utmost left loves to sale specified conspiracy theories. It is adequate to remind you that in the losing proceedings against the Dulkowski and Gawł study against our editor-in-chief, Radosław Patlewicz, they accused the Krosnoński prosecutor and justice of allegedly “protecting a associate of the far right”. Well, individual must be guilty of their failure. After all, the guilty cannot be alone and their poor-quality tips, motivated by revenge, political conflict and judicial money.
– With large relief and satisfaction, I accepted an acquittal in my case. The justice had no uncertainty that I did not break the law – my statements were just an expression of my views and were within the limits of freedom of speech. This is an highly crucial confirmation to me that freedom of expression inactive matters and is protected. Unfortunately, for a long time I have been under attack by the OMZRiK, which I have the impression is stalking me and trying to restrict my constitutional right to freedom of speech in the name of political correctness.
Today's judgement clearly shows that I have done nothing illegal, which gives hope to those who value freedom of speech and are not afraid to say what they think. After all, no 1 will always bring back the stress, the sleepless nights and the emotions that it cost me. Thank you all for your support – this truly means a lot to me! – commented Najjka after the verdict.
