The Syrian Hope

Citizens have been waiting for this event for more than a decade, and most of all since the overthrow of Bashar al-Assad's government (59 l) in December 2024. From that minute on, the country was governed by a transitional administration, which is inactive headed by the acting president Ahmad asz-Shara (43 l.).

The end of last year gave many people large hope of improving the state. Unfortunately, Syria is 1 of the largest humanitarian crises in the world. Since the outbreak in 2011, more than 11 million people have fled the country.
