In Germany, there was a scandal associated with the planned auction at the Felzmann auction home in Neuss, where individual papers and memorabilia are to be sold after the victims of Nazi persecution from the 1933–1945 period. The auction entitled “The panic strategy Part II” aroused the outrage of judaic organizations, Holocaust survivors and public opinion.
