Mary, Virgin, parent of God,
Your birth - joy dear.
Joachim, Anna, continued in prayer,
And God's providence they trusted
W Nazaret quiet, miracles scream,
You are born, Virgin Mary.
Your parents, full of joy,
Thank God, in the act of love.
O Mary, our lily is pure,
Your coming is eternal grace.
In you, hope continues to pulsate,
parent of Jesus, take comfort.
Thy feast we celebrate today,
And from the heart of you we bring glory.
