"On the First Line". Estonia versus Russian intelligence operations

According to the Postimees news service, on 11 February 2026 the Estonian Police and Border defender (PPA) deported a Russian citizen Andrei Żurawlev at the request of the interior safety Service (KaPo – Kaitsepolitseiamet). This decision was related to his contacts with the Russian intelligence services and suspected he was to be utilized to collect intelligence information on the territory of Estonia.
