Luftwaffe fighters left Poland. With ‘huk’

Five German Eurofighter Typhoon fighters have been present in Poland since 4 August. The machines reinforced NATO's air defence strategy and operated from the 23rd Tactical Aviation Base in Minsk Mazowiecki. 23 BLT uses FA-50 light combat aircraft on a regular basis. These were delivered in 2023 in place of MiG-29 transferred to the base in Malbork, as any fighters previously serving in Malbork were transferred in turn to Ukraine.
