"The war is simply a state in which we will live permanently," said the General of Arms (rez.) Dr. Jarosław Gromadziński, president of Defence Institute, referring to the situation in which Poland is located. In his opinion, we request to get utilized to the state of emergency, due to the fact that hostile operations on the network will already "always be carried out". The reason is clear.
