Official Russian MFA typical Maria Zacharowa said during the breiefing that Russia had made pre-trial claims against Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia in connection with the discrimination against Russians in these countries.
Zacharowa stated that the Russian Federation will usage all available global judicial mechanisms against hostile states that “systematically discriminate against Russian compatriots”. According to the Russian MFA, the anticipation of legal action is created by the global Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination of 1965.
