The Olympians from Milan/Cortina Iwona Januszyk and Jan Elantkowski won the titles of Polish champions in high-mountain skiing on Saturday. Competition in the Kasprowa Wierchu area finished 49 out of 51 players and players.
Initially, the sports way on which the championship competition was to take place - Murwaniec, Liliowe Pass, Świnicka Pass, Red Stabs, Karb, Black Pond, Gąsienic, Zawrat, the large Pond area, Kozia Przeciecz, Murwaniec was to be 16 km in full with an elevation of over 1,600 m.
Unfortunately, due to the very demanding snow conditions, the alleged "betons" the organizers had to change the course of both planned episodes and the competition took place exclusively in the Kasprowa Wierch area. The athletes here had more than 14 km to cover at an elevation of 1,400 m.
