PiS MP Dariusz Matecki, who is simply a fishy in the Justice Fund investigation, left the investigation arrest in Radom on Friday. Earlier, a bail order was issued by a prosecutor who accepted a property warrant for Matecki amounting to respective 100 1000 zlotys.
On Wednesday, the territory Court in Warsaw decided that Matecki would be able to leave the detention with a property warrant of PLN 500 thousand. Currently, the PiS MP will be supervised by police, among others.
The MP, who was arrested in March for a period of 2 months in connection with the Justice Fund investigation, was welcomed before arrest by a group of tens of his supporters who express solidarity with him. Members of PiS Mariusz Gosek and Marek Suski are besides present.
According to the findings of the National Prosecutor's Office's Investigation Group No 2 which conducts an investigation into the Justice Fund, associate Matecki, acting in agreement with the Ministry of Justice at the time he was headed by Zbigniew Ziobro, participated in setting competitions for multi-million-dollar grants from the Justice Fund and bringing public money to associated organizations – the Fidei Defendsor Association and the wellness Friends Association.
