Many of the fees charged by the cemetery managers are illegal – the provincial administrative courts in Olsztyn and Warsaw ruled. And that means you can claim a refund of wrongfully collected money. It is about charges not related to burial, e.g. entry to the cemetery or extension of the right to a grave.
