Possible increase in housing prices? Signals from developers say a lot

44.1% of the developers surveyed in October anticipate a further increase in housing sales in the following months; this is 1 percent point more than a period before - according to the Developer temper Index. From 7.5% to 5.9%, the percent of companies expected to decline sales fell.
