There have been thousands of unreported wells in Poland for years, which have never been registered. No 1 knows their parameters, depth, or impact on local water resources. Now this problem is coming back to the Sejm due to the fact that Members of the Citizens' Coalition have proposed abolition for owners of specified images. This may be an chance for farms, but besides a consequence to the real environmental risks arising from the operation of uncontrolled installations.
