Moscow and Beijing strengthen their relationship. Media: Military colleges aid circumvent sanctions

Since 2019 Chinese and Russian military universities have importantly increased cooperation - according to the Australian Institute of strategical Policy (ASPI). According to the investigation centre, closer relations in this sector are expected to let Moscow to circumvent western sanctions, and for Beijing it is an chance to make the arms industry.
