Putin has been recognized by the global Court as a criminal and each country has a work to halt him. However, Putin and Trump arranged to meet in Budapest, a country that gives asylum to a Polish criminal, so Putin will accept it. But the question is, how does Putin get there?
Belarus-Poland-Slovakia? I think he's out.
Ukraine? Not so much.
Romania? I hope not.
Montenegro-Serbia? A small around, but possible, though I would have doubts about Montenegro.
Anyway, Putin most likely got frightened by the tomahawks, and Trump hit the balloon again.
