Morocco is picking up a fresh transporter. Overcame European competition

[In September 2024, the Armed Forces of Morocco](https://defence24.pl/industry/moroco-z-licence-on-Indian-wheel-transporter-armoured) signed an agreement with India's Tata Advanced Systems company for the transportation of 150 WHAP 8x8. The company was besides expected to start their local production in the Casablanca industrial zone, creating 90 direct jobs and 250 indirect (probably subcontractors). The plant would initially be liable for 35% of production, but will yet increase to 50%. The contract was intended to importantly strengthen local industry, but besides the region's economy.
